Mum of three | Birth & Postpartum Doula | West London
I'm a mum of three and a doula based in West London.
My fascination with pregnancy, birth and motherhood began during my first pregnancy and has never really left me. What started as curiosity quickly became a genuine passion for understanding not just birth itself, but the whole journey into parenthood.
Since then, I've experienced one hospital birth, two home births, years of breastfeeding, and the very different realities of welcoming three unique children into the world.

For me, a positive birth isn't defined by where it happens, whether interventions were needed, or how a baby was born.
It's about feeling informed, supported and involved in the decisions being made. It's about understanding your options, feeling listened to, and being able to look back on your birth with positivity and without regrets, even if it took an unexpected path.
I am passionate about physiological birth and creating an environment where women feel safe, calm and supported. At the same time, I recognise that birth doesn't always unfold as we hope and that medical support and intervention can sometimes play an important role.
I don't believe women should feel they have to choose between trusting birth and trusting medicine. I believe they deserve balanced information, compassionate support and the space to make decisions that feel right for them and their family.
My role as a doula is not to tell you what kind of birth you should have, but to help you understand your options, explore what matters most to you, and feel confident in the choices you make along the way.

I feel just as strongly about the postpartum period as I do about birth.
So much focus is placed on preparing for labour and meeting a new baby, yet very little attention is given to what happens afterwards. In many ways, birth is the beginning of a new chapter, not the end of the journey.
I believe mothers deserve care too.
To me, a positive postpartum experience isn't about having everything under control or finding the transition easy. It's about feeling supported, nourished and cared for whilst you recover from birth and adjust to life with your baby. It's about having the time and space to rest, build confidence and find your own rhythm as a parent.
The early days of motherhood can be joyful, overwhelming, exhausting and wonderful, often all at the same time. I don't believe women should be expected to navigate that period alone. Practical support, reassurance and a listening ear can make a huge difference during those first weeks with a new baby.
My role is to support and care for you during that transition, helping you feel informed, reassured and never alone as you find your own way through early parenthood.
I offer support throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum, helping you feel informed, supported and confident throughout the journey into parenthood.
Every family is different, so through a discovery call, we'll tailor support that feels right for you.

This support is designed to provide continuity of care throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the early days afterwards.
Together, we'll explore your options, prepare for birth in a way that feels right for you, and help you feel informed and confident in the choices you make.
When labour begins, I'll be there to provide continuous emotional, practical and informational support.
